This is a small, independently-run game. These terms are written in plain language on purpose — by playing, signing in, or buying something here, you're agreeing to them.

Who this is for

This game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and up. You must be 13 or older to create an account or buy anything. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle this.

The game itself

You can play the entire game for free, with or without an account. We may change, add to, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee the game will always be available — it's run on a shoestring, by one person, with no uptime guarantee.

Accounts and the leaderboard

Your account and display name are yours to manage; keep your sign-in email access secure, since that's how you access your account.
The leaderboard is public. Don't submit a name that's abusive, impersonates someone else, or otherwise isn't something you'd want publicly visible — we may remove or reset any entry, or suspend an account, at our discretion.

Purchases

Skins are purely cosmetic, digital, in-game items with no real-world value. They unlock a visual change to your dragon and nothing else.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. See Stripe's own terms at stripe.com/legal/consumer.
All sales are final. Given the low price of these items, we don't offer refunds on request. If Stripe itself processes a refund or a chargeback on a purchase (through its own dispute process), the corresponding skin is removed from your account to match.
A skin is tied to the account that bought it and can't be transferred, gifted, or resold.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from playing it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
