Pigs Gonna Blow! (Cheeseburger Dragon vs. The Exploding Pig) — last updated 2026-09-30
This game is a small, independently-run project. This page explains what information
it collects, why, and who it's shared with — in plain language, not legal boilerplate.
What we collect
- If you sign in: your email address, used only to send you a
passwordless "magic link" sign-in email and to identify your account. We never see or
store a password.
- Your display name and chosen avatar/skin, so they can show up next to
your scores on the leaderboard.
- Gameplay scores you submit. The leaderboard is public — anyone can see
the name and score you submit, so don't submit anything you don't want publicly visible.
- Anonymous play counts: when the page loads and when a game starts or
ends (or you click Buy in the shop), the game records a bare count — which event it was,
the level, score and length of the run, whether you're on a touch screen or a desktop, and
the website that linked you here (for example "reddit.com"), if any. No name, email, IP address,
cookie or device ID is attached, so these counts can't be traced back to you. They're
stored in our own database, not with an analytics company.
- Purchases: if you buy a cosmetic skin, the payment itself is handled
entirely by Stripe on their own checkout page. We never see or store your card details —
we only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded and which item to grant you.
- Local device storage: some in-game preferences may be saved in your
browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, ad networks, or third-party analytics pixels.
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't use your email for anything other than sign-in — no marketing emails.
Who we share data with
We use two third-party services to run the game, and your data is only ever shared with
them as needed to provide the service:
- Supabase
— hosts our database, handles sign-in, and stores account/profile/score data.
- Stripe
— processes skin purchases. Stripe's own privacy policy governs any payment information
you give them directly.
Children's privacy
This game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact
us at the address below and we'll remove it.
Your choices
You can play the entire game without ever signing in or submitting a score — an account is
only needed to save a personal best or buy a skin. If you'd like your account, profile, or
score data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
